We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you ample time to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.
Additionally, please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase. Please
note that food products cannot be returned.

Once your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package. Please be aware that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your
order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a claim.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable products, personalized items, personal care products, sale
items, and gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to
ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day
Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging, with your receipt or proof of
purchase.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the approval status for your refund. Approved refunds will be automatically credited to your original payment method within ten business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
