Subscription & Pre-Order Cancellation Policy
Certain products available in our store may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy outlines how these purchases can be managed or cancelled.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency selected at checkout. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged automatically for each scheduled order.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@hoteashop.com.
To ensure your cancellation is processed successfully, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 15 days before the next scheduled shipment date. Requests received less than 15 days before dispatch may apply only to future orders.

Pre-Orders
When placing a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or scheduled to become available at a later date.
We may charge the full amount, a partial deposit, or store your payment method to process payment once the product becomes available.
Pre-orders may be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment. Once a pre-order has been processed, cancellation may no longer be possible, although refund requests may be considered in accordance with our Refund Policy.
